How We Work
From raw wire to dispatched roll.
Every roll travels through six controlled steps before it reaches your dock. Same process for a 4-mesh aggregate screen and a 400-mesh filter cloth.
Specification
We translate your application — filtration micron, load rating, mesh count — into a precise wire grade, gauge and weave pattern.
Wire Procurement
Wire sourced from trusted suppliers and inspected on intake. Diameter and grade verified before warping.
Warping
Wire is wound onto warp beams across our 8-machine line. Tension and pitch are calibrated to spec.
Weaving
Looms interlace warp and weft to deliver consistent mesh openings, run after run, roll after roll.
QC & Roll
Each finished roll is measured, inspected, labeled and tagged with batch traceability.
Dispatch
Packed for truck or container, with documentation, on the dispatch date we committed to.

Our Story
Two decades of weaving wire into trust.
Founded in 2004 in the industrial belt of Vadodara, Jalaram Wiremesh Co. has grown from a single loom in a modest workshop into one of Gujarat's most respected manufacturers of industrial wiremesh.
Today our 8-machine facility produces precision wire mesh — plain, twill, plain dutch and twill dutch weaves — in stainless steel, mild steel, brass, copper and specialty alloys, to gauges specified by buyers across filtration, mining, construction, architecture and oil & gas.
